I like the air to be a little colder when I'm sleeping. Mostly so I can snuggle up under a duvet, and not roast myself. Which in turn means I often have the window open overnight.

This does have a drawback though - it makes getting up - when it is cold and dark - particularly tough. That 'duvet snugglyness' is very definitely fighting against me when it's time to haul myself to work in the mornings.
