Plans - Ed's journal
This weekend:

Friday - Pub - Whitefriars.
Saturday, Mornington Crescent, LIVE ACTION.

There shall be (fer sure) a contingent starting at Coventry station, and a contingent starting at Andover Station.
I shall check train times, but provisional plans are:
Meet Leicester square, sometime between 1000 and 1100. Form teams of suitable sizes, based on numbers of players. (I'm thinking about 3-5/team is vaguely optimal, but ... well depends on numbers)

Play, according to the standard rules, but with the additional requirement that a photo and a 'receipt for a beverage of choice' is needed. (Ideally a pub, but ... well if you don't drink then a coffee or something will do).

Meet up at the Purple Turtle, at between 1800 and 1900 (at Mornington Crescent, if you hadn't guessed) for a debate of validity of moves, and deciding who actually won.
Thence, returning homeward at leisure (or depending on trains, and if anyone feels so inclined, food is also an option), and ideally uploading piccies to Livejournal or other Internet Photo site of choice.

If you're planning to come along, then let me know. Ideally a phone number would make this easier to co-ordinate (assuming I don't have it already). But it's not like it goes horribly wrong if it's just me going and having a day out in London looking for books.

I shall be doing training on Content Addressed Storage solutions Monday-Wed the following week.
On the Thursday, I shall be heading to Maelstrom, aiming to be there at 'about' doors open.
Returning monday, and back in work Tuesday. Car space wise, I am intending to be driving, and I am intending to put 'some stuff' in my car. Additional space is liable to go to current housemates first, which I'm vaguely assuming means I'll be full.

Seem to be down in London on training for quite a bit in April/May.

Surely a photo of the beverage being consumed would suffice...?
