Our NT logins at work, have a shrink wrap license.
Roughly: "By clicking proceed, you accept the acceptable use policy that's detailed on the corporate intranet."
Of course, if you don't click proceed, then you get logged out, and can't actually look at the corporate intranet. (It's not visible externally).

So if you refuse to accept terms and conditions 'unseen' and therefore cannot work, does it count as constructive dismissal when they sack you? Or does it just enter the realm of being an illegal 'agreement'?

Oh, and it appears that almost nobody gets enough sleep.

sounds fairly dodgy to me. pity we don't have many Lawyer friends see what they think
